I saw several contests today where you can win a copy of and Falling, Fly:
First, Jackie at LiteraryEscapism is excited that FedEx brought her a copy of the book … on her birthday! Stop by, wish her a happy ‘big three-oh’, and enter the giveaway. She gives extra entries if you tout the contest on your social networks, too.
Or check out the contest at Apex Book Company. This one currently has NO ENTRANTS, so your odds are pretty good!
Now, the granddaddy contest right now is over at Goodreads, where you can enter to win one of three SIGNED and personalized copies.
It’s also been an interesting day on the review front, with the first Barnes & Noble review of and Falling, Fly appearing, courtesy of Harriet Klausner. Harriet is apparently the most prolific book reviewer on Amazon.com, having reviewed many thousands of books (~13,000 as of late 2006 article I read about her) at a rate of 4-6 PER DAY. At that rate, she’s certainly been around the book-reading block a few times, so a five-star rating from her was much appreciated.
If you don’t win a copy of the book, you can always pre-order it from Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble or other retailer for about $10. If you buy the book online, send an SASE to the PO Box on my Contact page, and I’ll send you a signed and personalized sticker for the inside, along with some of my DAMNED temporary tattoos!
You also might use the handy-dandy sharing buttons below to share this news with Facebook, Twitter, etc., so your friends can have a chance to win, too. Good luck!
